MARTY THOMAS

Debut Single: "Thank You (Power of Love)"
Summer 2002

Out September 2002 will be Marty Thomas' third vinyl single on West End Records titled "Thank You(Power of Love)." Written and produced by Warren Rigg and remixed by Blaze, the single picks up where "Resurrect Me (Lift Me Up)" left off, with Marty once again delivering a beautifully sung inspirational club record. "Thank You (Power of Love)" is one of several new singles featured on the September 24, 2002 release, "Dance For LIFEbeat: West End Records Celebrates the 10th Anniversary of LIFEbeat."

Star Rising

In 2001, West End Records marked its historic 25th anniversary with the signing of newcomer Marty Thomas, a 21-year-old singer of remarkable ability who made his label debut in April of that year with, "Resurrect Me (Lift Me Up)." The single was written by Reed McGowan and produced by McGowan and Warren Rigg. Dynamically produced, "Resurrect Me (Lift Me Up)" soared into the realm of the club anthem with Marty's shining vocal delivery firmly at the helm. Additional remixes by industry legends Tom Moulton, Blaze (huge!) and Grammy Award Winner Hex Hector took the song to a variety of audiences.
