General Purchase Policy

We want your purchasing experience to be as easy and efficient as possible. We want to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on the West End Records Store.

Payment Methods

The West End Records Online Store accepts payment only via these credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. If you do not have one of these cards, place your order through a relative or friend who does. The order must be placed in their name and shipped to the card's billing address.

Shipping Charges

Within the US we ship only via UPS. You may choose your level of shipping from the list on the order page. If a shipping charge has not been calculated on your domestic order it may be due to UPS site server being down at that time your order was placed. If this occurs we will contact you via email with the shipping charges for your order. In these cases, orders will not ship until a reply has been received.

Product Delivery

Please allow at least 14 days after your order is made to receive your products. For express delivery orders, please allow at least 2 business days.

International Order Processing; VAT & Other Charges

  1. Shipping overseas can be costly. In our efforts to make shipping affordable, we are currently offering two ways to ship your merchandise.

    UPS Worldwide Express OR TNT Global Express (The difference is TNT is will take up to 3 to 5 business days to receive your merchandise and TNT only serves 200 countries.) TNT Global Express is half the cost of UPS. Example: 4lbs. To London UPS Express $75.00 U.S Dollars and TNT Global Express $23.50 U.S Dollars.

  2. International Customers must have the same address information in Ship to and Bill to in order for us to process your order.

  3. Please make sure you fill out your Telephone Number.

  4. Please note that when ordering from the West End Records Store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

  5. Your country may require you to pay duties or taxes on your purchased goods.

  6. All prices quoted and charged are in U.S. currency.

  7. It is our policy not to issue refunds. So please make sure you double check order and make sure your getting the items that you want and the correct size.

Exchanges

West End Records will happily exchange items (only within the U.S.) if they are defective or damaged. In order to process an exchange, the following requirements must be met:
  • Include your receipt (packing slip).
  • Return within 14 days of shipment date (on packing slip).
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Privacy Policy

Financial information that is collected is used to check your qualifications and bill you for products and services. Unique identifiers are collected from you to verify your identity and for use as account numbers in our record system. We will not share financial or unique identifier information with third parties without your prior consent. When you make a purchase on westendrecords.com your consent is given to provide your financial or contact information to those third parties necessary to process your transactions with us, including but not limited to credit card companies and the companies that handle shipping on our behalf.
